Shivaratri Festival

Shivaratri celebrated as birth day of Lord Shiva across the country where people from Nepal as well as India visit Pashupatinath temple. Nearly around 200 thousand pilgrimage visited Pashupatinath Temple on this day.Rotaract Club of Pashupati-Ktm along with RC Budhanilkantha,RC Dillibazar,RC Kathmandu & RC Thamel volunteered from 8 P.M. evening of 15th Jan to 8 P.M. evening of 16th Jan.Rtr. Hem Mahat & Rtr. U.P. Lamichanne was appointed as co-ordinator for this program. There were participation of ….. It is proud for Rotaract Clubs of Nepal that Rotaract Club of Pahupati-Ktm is also a member of “Main Organizing Committee of Pahupati”.Other Rotaract Clubs of Zone 4 also supported us in this program form 04:00 A.M. morning to 07:00 P.M. in evening. Rtr. Hem Mahat was appointed as coordinator for this program.35 rotaractors from our club have actively volunteered in this program.

Rotaract Club of Pashupati-Ktm has celebrated it’s 7th installation Ceromony at New Summit College,Old Baneshwor.This program was conducted in the chairmanship of Rotarian of our parent club & ADRR Uraj Nakarmi,DRRE Anil Shrestha,Past ADRR Avash Piya,ADLT Dipendra Shakya were also present in this program.New Board member for Rota Year 2006/07 under the president ship of Rtr. Madan Raj Poudel were also inducted after handing over president ship from Rtr. Nirmal Tripathee.Yearly scholarship program sponsored by our club was handed over by our RCC Rtn. Jessika Chemjong to .Past ADRR Avash Piya was given Token Of Love by Rtn. Sher Bdr. Pandey for his continuous effort in development of Rotaract Clubs in Nepal.7 new member were also inducted on this day. There were altogether 80 rotaractor & non rotaractor present in this program.
